Our Service
That’s Nice Copy offers a monthly copywriting subscription for brands focused on growth.
We provide written marketing content designed to support engagement, improve conversion rates, and strengthen brand messaging across channels such as websites, email marketing, and other customer-facing materials.
Our service covers copywriting only. Design, development, technical implementation, marketing strategy, and performance guarantees are not included unless explicitly agreed.
Our Process
Work is managed through your Notion workspace, which you will gain access to via an onboarding email.
This workspace acts as the central hub for submitting briefs, reviewing work, and tracking progress.
You may submit multiple requests, but we work on one brief at a time unless otherwise specified. Once your active brief is completed and approved, we move on to the next request in your queue.
A brief should clearly outline the task, context, deliverables, and any supporting materials required to complete the work. If a brief lacks necessary information, we may request clarification before work begins.
Deliverable Tiers
Deliverables sit in two tiers: Standard and Advanced.
Standard deliverables count as 1 request.
Advanced deliverables may count as 1.5 requests, depending on complexity. This will always be confirmed before work begins.
Turnaround Times
Typical turnaround time ranges between 2–3 business days, depending on the complexity of the brief.
Some requests — such as longer-form content, multi-asset projects, or highly strategic work — may take longer. If this is the case, we will communicate expected timelines within your Notion workspace.
Turnaround times begin once the brief is sufficiently defined and ready for production.
Revisions
Each deliverable includes up to two rounds of revisions.
Revision requests should remain within the scope of the original brief. If feedback significantly changes the direction, messaging, or scope of the project, we may recommend creating a new brief.
Our team will always advise based on industry best practices, but final decisions on copy usage remain with the client.
Client Delays
Timely feedback and materials are required to maintain delivery timelines.
If feedback, approvals, or required materials are delayed, turnaround times may be affected. Subscription time continues during periods where work is paused due to client delays.
Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed, That’s Nice Copy may feature work created for your brand within our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials.
If you would prefer your work to remain confidential, simply notify us in writing and we will respect your request.
Intellectual Property Rights
Once full payment has been received, all rights to the delivered copy transfer to the client for full use and distribution.
That’s Nice Copy retains ownership of any internal templates, frameworks, methodologies, or systems used during the production process.
Payment Terms & Cancellations
Subscriptions are billed on a 31-day billing cycle.
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
If you pause your subscription mid-cycle, your remaining days will be preserved and can be used when the subscription resumes.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Pauses cannot be applied retroactively to previous billing periods.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the service and time allocated to client work, refunds are not offered.
Confidentiality
All client materials, information, and project details are treated as confidential.
Access is limited only to individuals working directly on your account.
Limitation of Liability
That’s Nice Copy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the total amount paid by the client during the most recent billing cycle.
